What is Help Me Grow: Infant and Toddler Intervention
Having a baby is one of the most exciting, joyous and intense experience a family can have. Parents wait anxiously for the birth of their baby and hope to have a healthy child. They watch their baby's development with awe and wonder. However, some babies experience delays in their development and this can be a very difficult time for parents.
Minnesota's HMG Infant and Toddler intervention services are designed for children birth to three years of age who may be experiencing delays in their development for several reasons, including special health conditions. Services are designed to meet the unique developmental needs of each child and their family. Accessing these services as early as possible will ensure best developmental outcomes for the child. These services are offered at no cost to the family.
